“His decision-making” Gyokeres praises Arsenal’s summer signing

Viktor Gyokeres is among the Arsenal players impressed by the performances of Christos Tzolis, with the Greek star making a strong impression during his first weeks as an Arsenal player.

The Gunners consider Tzolis one of the best wingers in Europe and have strengthened that area of their squad with his arrival. The attacker has been in fine form since joining and appears to be settling into his new surroundings quickly.

Tzolis Impresses in Pre-Season

Tzolis has already shown that he can become one of the top players in the Arsenal squad, having performed well during pre-season and provided two assists in the Community Shield. His early performances have increased expectations surrounding his contribution to the team.

‘He’s a top guy. He’s a very nice guy outside and of course a very good player on the pitch.

‘He contributes a lot and he’s very good in his decision-making. In the final third, he makes good decisions there and managed to get a lot of goal contributions.’

Gyokeres’ comments highlight the qualities Tzolis has demonstrated since arriving at Arsenal. His ability to make good decisions in the final third could prove particularly valuable as the Gunners look to improve their attacking output.

The Greek winger will now have the opportunity to translate his impressive pre-season form into competitive matches. With his teammates already recognising his quality, Tzolis appears to have made a positive start to life at Arsenal.

His competition with Martinelli should also provide Arsenal with options on the left side, while Tzolis will be determined to establish himself as a regular starter.
