6 duels won, 93% passing accuracy: £51m Arsenal target has just shown everyone why Arteta wants him

Arsenal are still being linked with a number of players ahead of the transfer window closing in just over a week’s time.

The Gunners have been busy once again this summer and after wrapping up a deal for Ezri Konsa last week, the club are not focusing on other targets.

The likes of Julian Alvarez are being linked with mega-money moves in attack, while in midfield and defence, Mikel Arteta is still looking.

Hinshelwood completed an impressive 93% of his passes, while he also played the ‘destroyer’ role well as well, adding four tackles won and a game high six duel successes to his performance.

Quite remarkably, Hinshelwood only actually had 26 touches of the ball but his impact was huge. Naturally, he was taken off with Brighton in cruise control just after the hour mark.

For Arsenal fans watching on, this was a snapshot of what Jack Hinshelwood could bring.
