What Declan Rice has already said about Rio Ngumoha is now interesting as Arsenal eye move
Arsenal have been linked with a shock move to sign Rio Ngumoha from Liverpool.
The 18-year-old is one of the most talented young players in the Premier League, and he is destined to be a superstar in the coming years.
However, Ngumoha has started just three of Liverpool’s first six games and has found himself competing with Cody Gakpo, Bradley Barcola and sometimes even Victor Munoz in the pecking order.
That has led to rumours about his future, and Arsenal are said to be monitoring Ngumoha’s situation.
Declan Rice rates Rio Ngumoha as highly as Max Dowman

Declan Rice has praised Dowman many times in the past, but he isn’t the only young Englishman that the Arsenal number 41 has been aware of.
At the PFA Awards recently, Rice was asked to name the young player to watch out for in the Premier League this season.
Of course, the former West Ham man said Dowman, but he also named Rio Ngumoha of Liverpool.
“Max Dowman or Rio Ngumoha,” Rice said.
That shows just how highly rated Ngumoha is, not just by his teammates at Liverpool but also by Rice, who is one of the best players in the world.
Rio Ngumoha should push for a move to Arsenal
Liverpool are trying to tie down Ngumoha to a new contract, and rightly so.
The Reds know just how good a talent he is, and he has the potential to become one of the best players in Europe one day.
However, the competition for places on the left wing for Liverpool is extremely high, which makes Ngumoha’s chances of game time difficult.
At Arsenal, however, Christos Tzolis is the only natural left winger, so the Reds teenager could get plenty of game time if he made the move to North London.
