Teshaun Murisa shows creative qualities for Arsenal U18s

With over 50 appearances, Arsenal midfielder Teshaun Murisa is vastly experienced at U18 level.
The youngster, who turns 18 tomorrow, frequently captains Josh Smith’s team and has already featured at U21 and U19 levels, while he signed his first professional contract last season.
Murisa is usually deployed at the base of the midfield for the U18s and he has often demonstrated that he is capable of breaking up play to good effect.
There have been some occasions, however, when Murisa has been granted greater license to push forwards, with the 5-1 victory away to Norwich City yesterday being one such game.
With Charlie Purdy deployed as the deepest midfielder, Murisa was able to get forwards slightly more often than usual and he appeared to relish that responsibility.
Murisa was involved in some intricate passing moves and it will be interesting to see whether Smith elects to give him further opportunities in that position in the future.
