Mikel Arteta issues Ben White injury update after he was seen limping vs Napoli

Arsenal fans have a constant worry about injuries to key players.
Mikel Arteta’s side had more injuries to deal with than almost every other club last season, but he still managed to win the Premier League title.
This campaign, the Arsenal manager will be hoping to have a fit squad throughout, but there were concerns about Ben White because he was seen limping after the game against Napoli.
Thankfully, there’s no bad news.

Mikel Arteta confirms Arsenal star Ben White is not injured
Ben White’s fitness is something Arsenal should be very careful about.
The Englishman has had a number of issues over the last two years, and that has limited his game time on the pitch.
However, since the start of this season, White has remained fully fit, and his performances as a result have been exceptional.
Against Napoli, the Arsenal number four was withdrawn in the 82nd minute. He was replaced by Martin Zubimendi, and Declan Rice had to move to right-back as a result.
That, combined with footage of him walking gingerly after the full-time whistle, raised fears about a potential injury, but Arteta has some good news now.
In his press conference ahead of the game against Sunderland, the Arsenal boss was asked about White’s fitness and availability.
He replied, as per Football London: “He’s fine.”
When asked about Cristhian Mosquera’s injury, he said: “He’s doing really well, let’s see if he can get this game or the next one.”
And finally, regarding Jurrien Timber’s fitness, Arteta said: “Let’s see, we have another training session. He looks in good shape.”
