Maguire answered: “Absolutely, and as an academy player, Dowman is also seen as a pure profit asset too.“

As far as Transfermarkt are concerned, Declan Rice is currently the most valuable player in Arsenal’s squad with a market value of £102m. However, the importance of the 27-year-old means there is no chance he would be sold for that amount.
