Ipswich 2-4 Arsenal – player ratings

Arsenal are through the fourth round of the Carabao Cup after a 4-2 win over Ipswich at Portman Road this evening.

Max Dowman put the Gunners ahead with an excellent early strike before Noni Madueke doubled the lead with fine finish. Dowman netted two minutes into the second half, before Mikel Merino put us 4-0 up.

A couple of late Ipswich goals blotted the copybook a little but overall this was a game a much changed Arsenal side thoroughly deserved to win.
