Forget Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo, Arsenal want another Real Madrid star in January

Arsenal’s need for a new attacker once again became evident in their 3-0 defeat against Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Gunners were poor from back to front, but they did have a few chances going forward. Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz should’ve both scored, but neither did.
Christos Tzolis, who has had a bright start in the famous red and white, looked lost for large parts against the Seagulls. The substitutes didn’t fare much better either.
Arsenal need help in attack, and it looks like they have a target in mind.
Arsenal want to sign Endrick in January
Endrick has been on Arsenal’s radar for a long time.
The youngster is highly rated at Real Madrid, who kept him in the summer transfer window despite receiving plenty of interest from across the continent. Arsenal were keen on Endrick in the summer as well.
The Brazil international has played just four minutes of football since the start of the season, which is simply not enough. He needs to be playing a lot more.
To find a resolution, Endrick’s representatives have scheduled a meeting with Real Madrid over the upcoming international break. They want to know if anything will change.
That’s according to TeamTalk, who have revealed that Arsenal remain keen on Endrick and would be ready to move in January if he became available.
Endrick, as things stand, is unwilling to give up on his Real Madrid dream just yet, while Los Blancos don’t want to lose him either and view him as a big talent for the future.
That suggests only a loan deal could be possible in January. It remains to be seen if Arsenal would be interested in such an arrangement, but they remain in talks with his agents over a potential move.
Endrick, who joined Real Madrid in 2024, will still have three-and-a-half years left on his contract in January.
Arsenal have also been linked with Rodrygo Goes, while their attempt to sign Vinicius Jr in the summer failed after he signed a new contract in the Spanish capital.
