Coventry lineup vs. Brighton: Predicted XI as Frank Lampard makes Loum Tchaouna, Ellis Simms decisions

Coventry City manager Frank Lampard has another attacking dilemma to solve for Sunday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at the CBS Arena.

The newly-promoted hosts are still waiting for their first top-flight goal of the season, after going down 1-0 to Manchester City in last weekend's scrap at the Etihad.

Coventry made a game of it against Enzo Maresca's men, though, and the Citizens needed Gianluigi Donnarumma to be on song to keep Lampard's side out during the 90 minutes.

Loum Tchaouna and Ellis Simms both fluffed promising chances after coming off the bench, though, so Taiwo Awoniyi, Ephron Mason-Clark and Jack Rudoni should hold their spots in the final third.

After a battling display at Man City, Lampard will also have no reason to alter the middle bank of four, as Milan van Ewijk and Jay Dasilva flank Frank Onyeka and Matt Grimes.

Aurele Amenda was bullied out of the way by Erling Haaland for Man City's winner last weekend, but the 23-year-old's spot alongside Bobby Thomas and Ethan Pinnock remains safe.

Haji Wright (thigh), Kaine Kesler-Hayden (thigh), Josh Eccles (unspecified) and Luke Woolfenden (knee) are still absent, and there is no guarantee that new signing Sidiki Cherif will be fit enough for action either.
