Elyon Mbala and Daniel McCarron receive first competitive U21 callups as Arsenal face Leyton Orient in EFL Trophy

First year scholars Elyon Mbala and Daniel McCarron have both been named amongst the substitutes for Arsenal U21s against Leyton Orient in the EFL Trophy tonight.
Mbala can play at centre-back or left-back, while centre-back McCarron joined the club in the summer.
There are starts for U18 players Emerson Nwaneri, Teshaun Murisa and Maalik Hashi.
Khari Ranson captains the side with Evan Mooney deployed up front.
Habeeb Ogunneye is out after suffering an injury in the defeat to Chelsea last weekend.
Arsenal youth product Joseph Olowu starts for Orient, while Isaac Hayden and Fin Stevens are on the bench.
