£45m player is absolutely finished at Arsenal and what Mikel Arteta did vs Como proves it

Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw by Como in their final pre-season game.
Mikel Arteta rested most of his regular starters because of the Community Shield final on Sunday, and that opened the door for a few fringe players to start.
One of them was Gabriel Jesus, who got the nod over Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz up top, but his performance was extremely underwhelming.
Even Arteta seemed to have had enough two-thirds of the way into the first half.
Gabriel Jesus is finished at Arsenal
Everyone knows that Jesus is surplus to requirements at Arsenal.
The Brazil international is currently behind both Havertz and Gyokeres up top, while an argument can even be made that Mikel Merino is more effective as a centre-forward as well.
Even though all three of those players were available, Jesus was given a start up front, with Gabriel Martinelli on the left and Max Dowman on the right.
As always, the former Manchester City man worked hard off the ball, but he missed an open goal and didn’t look threatening at all.
Arteta decided enough was enough after just 30 minutes.
The Arsenal manager decided to take Jesus off and replace him with Gyokeres in what seemed to us a ruthless decision.
We’ve all known it for a while now, but that must be the final straw. Jesus is finished at Arsenal, and leaving the club before the window shuts would be the best move for all parties.

Napoli want to sign Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal
Jesus is almost guaranteed to leave Arsenal this summer, and he is of interest to several clubs.
Despite his struggles in the red and white, the Brazilian is a proven winner with bundles of experience at the top level.
That makes him an attractive option for many clubs, and Napoli are showing the most interest in Jesus, if reports are to be believed.
It has been claimed that talks are underway over a £17 million deal for Jesus, who has entered the final year of his contract at Arsenal.
That would be a decent return for Arsenal even though they paid £45 million for him four years ago.
