Declan Rice makes surprise Premier League promise to Arsenal fan

Declan Rice has promised that he will get red highlights in his hair if Arsenal retain the Premier League title. Rice, 27, helped the Gunners win the top flight for the first time in 22 years last season, featuring in all-but two of their league matches as Mikel Arteta's side finished seven points above second-place Manchester City.
Arsenal are the favourites to win the title once again this season and have made a dream start, winning each of their first three matches, conceding just one goal in the process. They opened their campaign with a 3-0 win against Coventry City and have since backed that up by beating Aston Villa 1-0 and Chelsea 2-1.
It leaves them second in the Premier League table, level on nine points with City, though Enzo Maresca's men sit top having scored one more. Hull City, meanwhile, have been the surprise package and are third on seven points, with Chelsea down in fourth on six points and Brentford completing the top five on five points.
Earlier this week, England midfielder Rice was asked by a young Arsenal fan if he would dye his hair should the Gunners win the Premier League again. When Rice pressed back to ask what colour they were thinking, the supporter chirped and said: "Red and white."
Rice then decided to offer the fan in question a deal, saying he would instead be prepared to get "red highlights in" should Arsenal be crowned as the champions for the second straight season.
After the fan agreed to the deal, Rice finished: "Yes. Buzzing."
After picking up nine points from a possible nine in the Premier League, Arsenal's attention now turns to the Champions League with the Gunners up against Napoli on Wednesday.
Speaking ahead of the trip to Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, Arteta said: "I'm really excited. We know what this competition means to all of us, the experience of last year as well, so we need to start with the first game in a really, really tough place, but really excited to start the campaign.
"Start well tomorrow; that's the only thing we can do. Start by putting in a big performance tomorrow to increase the probability of winning the game."
