Arteta will be worried: £51m Arsenal star handed fresh injury concern on international duty

Arsenal defender Ezri Konsa may miss the upcoming clash for England against the Czech Republic.
According to Sky Sports, Nico O’Reilly and Ezri Konsa are doubts to face the Czech Republic.
The duo are instead following individual programmes at the training ground as England manage their respective fitness concerns.

Konsa started alongside Marc Guehi at the heart of defence during the 3-2 defeat to Spain last week.
He did not make any obvious errors, but his positioning could have been better, particularly for the third goal.
Major concern for Mikel Arteta
Konsa completed a blockbuster £51 million move to the Premier League champions from Aston Villa earlier this summer and has started each of their last three Premier League games.
The Gunners initially wanted to land the 28-year-old for around £40m but had to pay a premium to get their main defensive target.
His arrival was particularly important after William Saliba suffered a back injury during the FIFA World Cup, with the French defender not expected to return until December.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will be particularly worried about this latest update from the England camp.
If Konsa is also injured, Arteta will have to turn to young Cristhian Mosquera to partner Gabriel Magalhaes.
That would give Arteta another selection headache at a time when questions are already being raised over Arsenal’s defence after they conceded three goals against Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Three Lions are set to play three games over the next 10 days.
Arteta will be hoping England manage Konsa carefully and avoid taking any unnecessary risks with the Arsenal defender.
