Arsenal told they have an even bigger wonderkid than Estevao at Chelsea

Arsenal have been the home of some of the best young players in the world over the years.

Bukayo Saka was a superstar as a teenager and he’s blossomed into a world-class talent. Myles Lewis-Skelly is a remarkable footballer for his age, while Ethan Nwaneri has been tipped for the top too.

Cavan Sullivan is one of the world’s top young players at the moment, the teenager has just made his debut for the USA, and he already has a move to Manchester City lined up too.

Speaking on the Box2Box Show, Sullivan has been ranking some of the best young players on the planet, and he’s made an interesting claim about Max Dowman.

Max Dowman ranked higher than Estevao by Cavan Sullivan

Sullivan was ranking five of the world’s top wonderkids.

Among that list was Chelsea’s Estevao Willian. Estevao has made quite the name for himself over the past 12 months, and he’s already turned into something of a star in the Premier League, scoring big goals in big moments as a teenager.

However, Sullivan did ultimately rank Max Dowman ahead of Estevao – showing just how highly the young Arsenal star is rated by those within the game.

Of course, only time will tell whether or not Dowman or Estevao become the better player, but we have a feeling that this is a personal rivalry that could genuinely define the Premier League in years to come.

Estevao looks set to become the face of Chelsea at some point in the coming years, while Dowman has been set up to be Arsenal’s next great hope.

There’s a long way to go for both players, but don’t be shocked if these two are considered among the very best on the planet in a few years’ time.
