Arsenal get Ezri Konsa injury update as England squad confirmed for Czech Republic clash

Ezri Konsa picked up a fitness issue in England's 3-2 Nations League defeat to Spain
Arsenal defender Ezri Konsa has been included in England's squad for their Nations League clash against Czechia in Prague despite ongoing doubt over his availability.
UEFA rules state England must submit a 23-man roster for the match on the day prior to the game and that is now visible on UEFA's website.
Konsa has been listed but there is no place for Manchester City left-back Nico O'Reilly, who is understood to have picked up a problem in Saturday's 3-2 defeat to Spain at Wembley Stadium.
Both players missed training yesterday and Thomas Tuchel indicated they were only suffering from niggles, stating during his press conference: "I'm not sure yet [whether either player will be available]. They missed training today, that's what you saw. It was because of minor issues. But there are still issues.
"Today in the morning we had a light training for the guys who started the game. The very last checks will be made tomorrow morning. If the doctors and physios give thumbs up then we're good to go. One day longer would really make a difference. I feel the players who were on the pitch today all really want to play and are up for it."

Konsa also started against Spain and he's played regularly of late for Arsenal in the absence of William Saliba since making his debut from the bench in the 1-0 win at Aston Villa.
The 28-year-old enjoyed a full month of rest on the back of the World Cup before signing for the Gunners but his workload has increased drastically since his return to the pitch.
Both Konsa and O'Reilly travelled to Prague with England and the latest intel is that Konsa is still expected to undergo a fitness test this morning to decipher whether he can play.
In an ideal world, Tuchel has already noted he would like to name the same team that started against Spain so England can continue to build cohesively but that won't be possible due to O'Reilly's fitness.

England play two more games - against Croatia and Czechia - before the players go back to their clubs. Arseanl are not back in action until October 10 when they host Leeds United in the Premier League.
Cristhian Mosquera is also expected back after the international break, which should ease the burden on Konsa, who can also operate as a right-back for Mikel Arteta - if required.
