Ian Wright reveals his Arsenal vs Chelsea score prediction

Arsenal and Chelsea are huge rivals even though it hasn’t felt that way in recent years.
The two London clubs have had many great battles over the years, but the Gunners have been the more dominant side over the last five years.
Arsenal are unbeaten against Chelsea since August 2021, winning eight and drawing three of their last 11 meetings.
Ian Wright believes that dominance will continue on Sunday.
Ian Wright predicts Arsenal will beat Chelsea
Arsenal will go into the game against Chelsea as the favourites.
Even though the Blues have won each of their first two games like the Premier League champions, there is a big difference in those victories.
Arsenal conceded zero goals in their wins against Coventry City and Aston Villa, while Chelsea let in a combined five goals against Fulham and Brighton.
That tells you that Mikel Arteta’s side will have plenty of chances to score, while the same cannot be said about Chelsea despite their incredible attack.

Perhaps that is why Wright believes Arsenal will win the game comfortably.
On the Stick to Football podcast, the Arsenal legend was asked to predict the score of the game on Sunday.
He replied: “3-1 Arsenal.”
Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher predicted a 2-0 win for the Gunners on the same show.

Arsenal need to make a statement against Chelsea
Arsenal are overwhelming favourites to win the Premier League this season.
Arteta has been in his job longer than anyone else in the division right now, has a more settled squad, and his side have started the season really well.
However, many people believe Chelsea will challenge them for the title this season because they have a good squad and will mostly play just one game a week.
Arsenal will know that, which is why a win against the West Londoners on Sunday will send a statement that they are better than the Blues.
We’re sure Arteta will tell his players exactly that ahead of the game.
