The Arsenal window has slammed shut, Martinelli has said goodbye, and we’re all having to wrestle with the lack of attacking options at Arsenal right now.
I don’t think I’m angry in totality at this particular window, just more upset that over the years, we’ve missed out on some crucial opportunities to upgrade… the sort of opportunities we tend not to miss on when it’s a center-back that can play full-back. Anger is also a childish word to be using when you’re champions of England and you’ve spend £200m… so I guess I’d say I’m just a little surprised by it all.
