Confirmed: Arsenal youngster Ismeal Kabia joins St Mirren on loan

Arsenal youngster Ismeal Kabia has joined Scottish top flight side St Mirren on a season-long loan deal.
Kabia, who is mainly a winger, will be eager to build upon his impressive loan spell at Shrewsbury Town last season.
During his time at Shrewsbury, Kabia made over 40 appearances and also spent time playing at right-back and as a right wing-back.
Kabia previously made his competitive senior debut for Arsenal against Bolton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup in 2024. He also featured for the Gunners’ senior side during this pre-season.
At the age of 20, Kabia is nearing the stage where a decision on his long-term Arsenal future will have to be made, although that may now not occur until next summer.
Arsenal seem to be building up a connection with St Mirren having signed striker Evan Mooney from the Scottish side in the Winter transfer window.
Kabia is the first Arsenal academy player to be loaned out in this transfer window, with Charles Sagoe Jr’s loan spell at Kalmar having started last season.
