Bruno Guimaraes’ first words after finally making his Arsenal Premier League debut
It felt like much longer than a few weeks but we’ve finally seen Bruno Guimaraes in action for Arsenal in the league.
Guimaraes was introduced in the second half and showed plenty of moments to display just why the Gunners had signed him.
The Brazilian had already made his full Arsenal debut in the Community Shield but having picked up an injury, these were his first Premier League minutes.
Now, after finally getting on the field, Guimaraes has reacted on social media to his league debut.

It felt refreshing to see Guimaraes in an Arsenal shirt again and he was very much impressive, adding bite in the middle.
Over on Instagram, Guimaraes has now reacted to his proper debut and is seemingly delighted with how things panned out.
“So happy to be back after a little setback. First Premier League game in this shirt and my first win. Let’s keep going, @arsenal ! A great win at a very difficult ground. See you Sunday, Gunners!”

How Bruno Guimaraes performed for Arsenal at Aston Villa
It was obvious what Bruno is going to bring to this Arsenal team. There were a few moments in midfield that Gary Neville highlighted on commentary, while another moment when he won and celebrated a goal kick showed what he is all about.
In terms of stats, he was efficient in his 20 minutes. The Brazilian completed 100% of his passes, won all the tackles he went in for and very nearly won a penalty in the dying minutes.
For Arsenal and their fans, this is just a taste of what’s to come from Guimaraes.
